The month of March has been a lot, and some of us are in desperate need of a little extra pep in our step. Thankfully, these 5 new tracks get the blood flowing and energy going. With electric guitar riffs and to-the-gut lyrics, all of these singles are sure to pack the punch we’ve been looking for.

First up we have the emotional track from Los Angeles-based badass, Chandler Leighton. Radiating pure confidence, “When You Say My Name,” is the breakup song everyone needs as a reminder to fall in love with themselves. In the same vein, singer/songwriter KALI made “Anybody Else” after the loss of lovers and friends. The result is an intoxicatingly high-energy offering off their upcoming EP with lyrics that sing directly to those who need to hear it most.

A proper rock track, No Swoon came out firing with their newest single off of their sophomore album. “Wait To See” features soft vocals, but the energy behind the track builds and builds until you’re left with all the adrenaline to take on whatever awaits. Also with an upbeat rock offering, the already legendary The Linda Lindas gave us the title track off of their new album, “Growing Up.” The Los Angeles all-girl punk band that took the world by storm from their viral performance of “Racist, Sexist Boy” left it all out on the table with their newest single, speaking to what it means to be under seventeen and have the power to light a fire under us all. Finally, “Little League” by LA’s finest Wallice is way more than what meets the eye. Although a slow build, the chorus is filled with the perfect blend of anger, honesty, and an adrenaline-pumping beat. Wallice is set to release her EP this Spring, is currently on tour with Still Woozy, and is an artist to keep your eye on as she continues to ascend in the industry.
